BLUE HILL AT STONE BARNS

“Clean plates don’t lie.”

BLUE HILL AT STONE BARNS | POCANTICO HILLS, NEW YORK

Blue Hill at Stone Barns, the famed restaurant by Dan Barber (and number one restaurant in America) features a menu centered around its farm and agricultural center. I had the opportunity to experience a curated meal that was sublime, exquisite, and heightened the senses. The flavors complimented each other and curated wine paired with each meal, perfection! A simple and elegant interior welcomes you as you walk past the stone barn. Take a tour of the farm, meet the farmers and those whose commitment to sustainable agriculture is shifting the dynamics of the food industry. If you have the opportunity (or the extra, extra cash to splurge), this is a meal to live for – make reservations and choose the right outfit for the evening!
